The lot configuration allows for flexibility with potential build-to-suit users, for instance: 

Univision - 2 lots were merged to accommodate Univision's 10,000 SQFT design-build need for management, production, sales offices and a state of the art broadcast studio. 

Cal-State Auto Parts - Merged 2 parcels for the 14,000 SQFT build-to-suit distribution facility. With 30' clear ceiling for high pile storage and a 2,300 SQFT second floor. With plenty of parking for 20 delivery vans, a great design and use of space.
