The Project

KAM Coastal is at the helm of revitalizing this expansive senior living apartment community for our long-term client, Village Investments. Bridging the gap from the 1990s into the 2020s, this transformative endeavor stands at an impressive $6 million in scope.  

The goal is to modernize all the interiors and exteriors of these senior units. With innovative designs, we're enclosing private patios with new gabled rooflines that blend functionality with aesthetics of the whole community. This remodel also includes new 30-year roofing of all 19 buildings, updates to the clubhouses finishes and functionality, and adding a new barbecue area by the community pool with a new dog park that the community can enjoy for years.
