This $6 million project bridged the gap from the 1990s into the 2020s, delivering a modernized living environment and long-term asset preservation.

The scope included enclosing private patios with new gabled rooflines, installing new 30-year roofing across all 19 buildings, remodeling clubhouse interiors for improved finishes and functionality, and enhancing community spaces with a new barbecue area by the pool and a dedicated dog park.
