The $6 million project, completed in 2024, included full interior and exterior upgrades, new roofing, remodeled clubhouse facilities, and new amenities such as a dog park and outdoor barbecue area.

KAM marketed and brokered the 2018 sale of WCIU’s 15-acre Pasadena campus, guiding the transition to Education First for reuse as an international high school.

Representing William Carey International University, KAM facilitated the sale of its 15-acre Pasadena campus to Education First. The long‑term escrow and tailored negotiation allowed the buyer to secure entitlements and plan adaptive reuse, transforming the campus into an international boarding school.

Keith and his team walked us through an extremely complicated process of sale for our 15+ acre campus. It is easy to say without Keith’s countess hours, attention to detail and expertise that we would not have completed the sale and could have faced complications from breech of agreement. Built in 1982, this property is located at 2800 Riverside Drive in Paso Robles, California. After Kmart vacated in 2000 and ownership reverted to Rabobank in 2008, KAM Coastal secured a lease with Tractor Supply prior to the sale.

KAM Coastal operated as the broker to the bank in the sale of the building to Fibercoast LLC and was later hired as the listing broker to assist in securing Grocery Outlet as a co-anchor.

KAM Coastal acted as the purchasing broker for this 10-acre property in Santa Rosa, California, and served as development partner and building project manager for the FedEx Ground hub design/build project.

From concept to completion, KAM Coastal managed the entire $10M development project, delivering it on time and on budget to allow FedEx to prepare for their peak season schedule.

FedEx Ground needed a location in Anchorage, AK to accommodate their delivery chain but was unable to find a suitable location.

Keith Mathias of KAM Coastal located and purchased a 3.1-acre parcel near the airport, compliant with stringent TSA security requirements, and managed the entire development process from concept to completion.

In 1999 KAM Coastal partnered with The Rottman Group of Santa Barbara, CA in their first joint venture to build a technology park in Santa Maria, California.

KAM Coastal was responsible for the development, construction, leasing, and sale of all seven buildings in the park, completing the project in 2002.
